2nd Forza Cup 2024
The weekend of April 5-6 a small delegation of #rythmogirls visited the beautiful city of Ghent in Flanders (Belgium), where the 2nd edition of Forza Cup by Forza Ritmica took place. This 3rd biggest city of Belgium with a medieval spirit and particularly magical atmosphere welcomed some two hundred gymnasts from various European countries. The venue of the competition was Arena Van Vletingen, a 19th century building, it formerly hosted the horse riding school and later on, upon disappearance of cavalry, the building was transformed into the goods warehouse. The new life to this historical venue was given with the restoration and interior redesign in the middle of 1990s. Now this building serves as the training facility for the local rhythmic gymnastics association and the venue for the international RG competition.

The weekend of March 30-31 #rythmogirls participated in the international tournament #FriendshipCup 2024, organised by @ritmica_rg_club.
This high scale event united under the roof of Meent Sportshall over 350 participants coming from all over the world.
Our national hopes team performed ahead of their categories due to the departure to the intensive sports camp Sunday morning.

Greater Region & BeNeLux Cup 2024
The weekend of March 16-17 was a pure celebration of beautiful sports and friendship in Munsbach! #RythmicaLux with the support of #Rythmocats and #DolfinGym gathered 200 young gymnasts from various corners of the world who spoilt the judges and spectators with the powerful presentations in rhythmic gymnastics individual program, group exercises and, for the 3rd time the aesthetic gymnastics in groups! The rising stars from Kuwait and Mexico , Moldova , Poland and Serbia , and of course, the closer neighbors from Germany , France and Switzerland charmed the #BeneluxCup public big times. We wholeheartedly thank all the participants for delivering great performances, the judges for their commitment throughout both days and the entire team of volunteers for helping us make this even a true festivity for the children!
Special thanks to the president of the Luxembourg Federation of Aesthetic Gymnastics in Group (LFAGG) Jean Putz for honoring the athletes during the awards ceremony of the AGG competition.

XXVIII Gracia Kupa 2024
#Rythmoteam is back from Budapest, where the team took part in the XXVIII Gracia Kupa international competition hosting around 500 participants from all around the world. Such a large-scale event requires particular concentration, ability to cope with the pressure and a tight schedule.
#Rythmoteam was represented by the national hopes group under the leadership of main coach Nina Kolesnikova and the president of Rythmo-Cats Luxembourg Aliona Iampolskaia. Ioulia Bonnier represented the team as the judge.
We congratulate the participants with this achievement and thank the Rythmo-Cats Luxembourg and Rythmica Lux Schuttrange teams for the thorough preparation and continuous support of the girls.

5th edition of Winter Cup Leverkusen 2023
Two intense days of 5th edition of Wintercup by TSV Bayer Leverkusen came to an end. #Rythmogirls returned home full of impressions and charged with motivation to continue working hard. This was a true celebration of our beautiful sports, rhythmic gymnastics! Impeccable organisation, perfect timing of competition, experienced pull of judges and 300 strong competitors from some twenty countries - that’s the recipe of a truly exceptional and memorable event! Along with performances of our European neighbours we enjoyed the athletes from further away locations such as Argentina, Kyrgyzstan, Taiwan, Georgia and USA. The special guest of honour, Fanni Pigniczki, enchanted the participants with her bronze winning hoop routine and beautiful gala dance. More magic on the carpet was added by national team members of their respective countries, Anna Shenenko (Germany) and Eugenia Angelin (Argentina) as well as from the hosting athletes. Each moment of the event was particular and memorable

Guimagym Cup 2023
On Sunday evening we welcomed back our #Rythmogirls from sunny Portugal , where together with the main coach Nina Kolesnikova the gymnasts demonstrated their progress in the strong field of international competitors from some twenty countries from around the world. The format of the competition provided to each gymnasts an opportunity to fight for podiums for each presented apparatus, whereas FIG gymnasts competed in all around and for a qualification for finals by apparatus. It is also important to consider that the organizers imposed the limitations on evaluated difficulty in younger age categories in the technical program to the competition.
We are proud of the team for demonstrating consistent performance and congratulate the athletes, the coaching team as well as the delegated judge Ioulia Bonnier for this achievement.

12th edition of AmsterdaMMasters 2023
12th edition of AmsterdaMMasters is done. Athlets from pre-juniors to seniors from nine countries gathered in Amsterdam for 3 days to demonstrate their skills. 7th edition of AURA Cup 2023
During last weekend our team participated in the 7th edition of the Aura Cup (Zagreb ), FIG and non FIG international tournament that united over 300 participants from all around the world. The event took place over three consecutive days in a warm and friendly atmosphere, thanks to the incredible organiation by local organizing commitee of GK Aura club.
We congratulate our gymnasts on taking up the challenge and express our gratitude to the #rythmoteam ensuring the support behind the scene.

San Marino Cup 2023
The weekend 10-11/09/2023 the Federazione Sammerinese Ginnastica hosted the 10th edition of the international RG competition San Marino Cup, where Luxembourg was represented by the Rythmocats delegation along with 200 gymnasts from a variety of countries. Not only was our team charmed by the uniqueness of San Marino, but was also appreciative of the impeccably organized event.
We would like to congratulate the girls for a great start to the season and thank both Aliona Iampolskaia & Nina Kolesnikova for their investment into the preparation as well as undivided support throughout the competition.

Victory Cup 2023 Bulgaria
The intensive sports camp in Varna slowly comes to an end. In one of the final days our #rythmogirls participated in the international competition “Victory Cup” alongside the athletes from Bulgaria , Cyprus , Germany , Israel , Latvia , Moldova and Russia .
This was a great opportunity to launch oneself into competitive mode and our girls made us proud having earned podium places in their respective categories

Les championnats nationaux en GR 2023
Le weekend passé les championnats nationaux en GR sous le patronage de la FLGym ont eu lieu à Frisange, c’est Aspelt Gym Academy qui a accueilli les gymnastes luxembourgeoises sous le toit de Centre Sportif Romain Schneider.
C’est la première année quand les championnats nationaux ont été séparés en trois concours distincts:
- championnat national en GR individuel (catégories A et
- championnat national en GR ensemble
- Championnat d’encouragement (catégories C et D)
Le but étant de promouvoir et valoriser les athlètes qui se dévouent à cette discipline sportive au moins 20 heures par semaine et au même temps donner une chance équivoque de présenter ces programmes à celles qui fréquentent les entrainements moins mais néanmoins admirent la gymnastique rythmique.
Le championnat national a réuni 66 athlètes représentants 5 clubs luxembourgeois. L'équipe de Rythmo-cats a présenté 16 gymnastes qui ont assuré la dominance dans leurs catégories d’âge respectives. Au total, elles ont obtenu 7 médailles d’or, 2 médailles d’argent et 1 bronze! Nous sommes très fiers de partager avec vous ces résultats remarquables bien mérité.
Nous remercions de tout cœur nos coaches et nos juges qui ont préparé et entrainé nos gymnastes et leurs accompagné durant ces deux jours éprouvants.

Victory Cup 2023
Last week Miramas, France was in the focus of the international community and fans of the Aesthetic Gymnastics in Groups. Indeed, 3 events were hosted by the local organizing committee AFCGE: AFCGE Cup Open I, IFAGG Challenge Cup I for junior category as well as IFAGG World Cup I for women category. Our junior team (Angelina Bonier, Taisiia Mykolaievska, Sania Nenkova, Michelle Schaack, Amandine Simon, Emilia Stasane) presented for the first time their free program in two events.
AFCGE Cup Open I united over 50 teams of various age categories from all over the world under the roof of Miramas stadium. In this competitive environment, Rythmo-cats team secured an amazing final 7th place after preliminaries and finals amongst 12 strong competitors representing Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Kazakhstan & Spain.
Encouraged and inspired by the extraordinary atmosphere of the elite level aesthetic gymnastics demonstrated by the competitors, the team showed consistent performance and succeeded to qualify for finals in the IFAGG Challenge Cup I and ranked 11th.
The powerful experience was completed by a master class with creative choreographer, dancer and gymnastics coach Antton Laine.
We are proud of the girls, their determined coach Nina Kolesnikova and the president of the club Aliona Iampolskaia who supported the team as international AGG judge. We are enormously grateful to incredible Saniya Glyzina and the AGG team Madonna for the inspiration and belief in us

Have you heard of the #WinterCup in Leverkusen (Germany)? TSV Bayer Leverkusen @tsvbayer04leverkusenrsg organized the 4th edition of this international RG competition with nearly 300 participants representing 20 countries from all over the world. Every year the organizers surprise us with special guests and this year the gymnasts were presented with the opportunity to see Sofia Raffaeli @raffaelisofia and Darja Varfolomeev @varfolomeev2006, none of whom require any introduction to the rhythmic gymnastics admirers. Both Sofia and Darja enchanted the public with their gala presentation and awarded the podium winners. Imagine the thrill of receiving your medal from Sofia, the 5 time World champion or Darja, the world champion with clubs!
#Rythmoteam was presented by four delegates who competed in a very strong field with numerous competitors in each respective age category and if gymnasts performed in level gold, they were awarded not only for their all around performance but also by apparatus.
Our gratitude goes to our coaching team Ekaterina Kalinina and Yana Romanyuk for accompanying the gymnasts during this event and to Amel Kadri for fulfilling judge duty throughout the entire event. And of course, we are thankful to the organizers for having the opportunity to be a part of this amazing event, which was not only a tournament but a true festivity dedicated to this beautiful sport.

Winter Cup 2022
Last weekend our #rythmogirls took part in the international competition organised by Rythmica Lux Schuttrange. Some 150 athletes gathered in Münsbach. This magical event was followed by fabulous gala concert prepared by gymnasts from Rythmo-Cats Club de Gymnastique Rythmique Dolfin Gym asbl & Rythmica Lux.

Aurore Cup 2022
Le weekend passé notre équipe a participé au tournoi international Aurore Cup. Cet évènement annuel, organisé par le club de gymnastique luxembourgeois Aurore Oetrange, a réuni à Contern 350 athlètes de plusieurs niveaux de maitrise de gymnastique rythmique venant de pays européens. 17 #rythmogirls ont présenté leurs programmes, pour certaines d’elles c’est le début de la saison compétitive.

AmsterdaMMasters 2022
Our delegation is back from Amsterdam, the Netherlands 🇳🇱, where the team took part in the 11th edition of international competition AmsterdamMasters @rgamsterdammasters. This event united the individual gymnasts and groups from 12 countries and included two representatives of male rhythmic gymnastics. All the gymnasts, from pre-juniors to seniors, were presenting 4 routines each as a part of all around ranking and the best could qualify for apparatus finals. During this intense 3 day event our gymnasts were accompanied by Elizaveta Iampolskaia & Mariia Sviatko. It was Ioulia Bonnier who represented the club at the judge’s panel. Our appreciation goes to the entire team for demonstrating the acquired skills, for the support before and during the competition as well as the development under the close eye of club’s president Aliona Iampolskaia. We shouldn’t forget the day after day dedication of our team of coaches and choreographers who stayed behind the scene in Amsterdam.
Success doesn’t happen on its own, it’s a path that we take together as one team.
Our thanks go to the organisers for this lovely event with nice atmosphere and beautiful memories.

The 5th Austrasian Cup
Last weekend #rythmogirls crossed the border to take part in the 5th edition of #AustrasianCup organised by ATGRS Thionville @atgrsthionville. The gymnasts from neighbouring countries as well as from Egypt, South Korea, Togo & Ukraine were enchanting the public with their masteries.

Championnat National GR 2022
Après la pause de 2 ans suite à la pandémie, les championnats nationaux en gymnastique rythmique ont eu lieu le samedi 25 juin au hall omnisports à Belair. Cet événement clé dans le calendrier de GR est organisé à la fin de la saison par la Fédération Luxembourgeoise de Gymnastique en coopération avec un de clubs. Cette année 120 gymnastes ont tenté leurs chances dans trois catégories de maîtrise et ont été évaluées selon le programme spécifique par âge. #Rythmocats était présenté par une trentaine de gymnastes, chacune d'entre elles mérite la reconnaissance pour la progression démontrée devant le jury expérimenté.
Nous voudrions féliciter nos filles pour les 11 podiums remportés!!! Ce succès ne serait pas possible sans interaction permanente entre toutes les parties: l'équipe d'entraîneurs, chorégraphes, juges, parents et gymnastes et nous en félicitons et remercions tous!

Gymstar Moscow Cup 2022
To conclude the sports experience in Moscow, our gymnasts Emilia Stasane and Paris Graas took part in #GymstarMoscowCup tournament organised by Gymstar Stolitsa club. Girls presented two routines each and were highly rated by the judges: each of them took the 🏆in all around in their respective age category 💪🏻🔥🌟

Intensive Carnival vacation camp 2022 in Moscow
Our gymnasts Paris & Emilia accompanied by coach Elizaveta Iampolskaia have completed one week of intensive training at Irina A. Frisange Winter Cup 2022
L’équipe #Rythmocats participe ce week-end (12/02-13/02/2022) au tournoi international #FrisangeWinterCup2022 organisé par Aspelt Gym Académie. C’est une première compétition selon le nouveau code de pointage. Congratulations to Maia Mihu for a beautiful second place in the ball during Aura Cup Zagreb
Maia showed the eleventh result in the hoop and finished seventh in the open competition in her category 2010 B.
Yesterday rythmogirls presented their routines at 4th edition of Austrasian Cup, organised by ATGRS Thionville. Around 70 gymnasts from neighbouring countries tested their sports chances in a very friendly but competitive environment and we are proud to share the results with you.

Dimanche 4 juillet 6 de nos gymnastes représentaient notre association au tournoi international Austrasian Cup. La troisième édition de cet événement, organisée par ATGRS Thionville, avait réuni une petite centaine des gymnastes de pays voisins: Allemagne 🇩🇪 Belgique 🇧🇪 France 🇫🇷 et Luxembourg 🇱🇺. Il est important de noter la joie, la motivation et l’esprit compétitif parmi toutes les concourantes. Cet événement était une première sortie offline pour la plus part d’elles.
Nos remerciements aux organisateurs pour cette fête amicale et l’organisation impeccable 💜 ainsi que à Inga, Olga et Irina pour l’accompagnement pendant la journée.

GrandPremium 2021
Notre équipe se trouve actuellement à Platja d’Aro (Barcelone) où neuf de nos gymnastes participent au tournoi international Grand Premium 2021. C’est la première et la dernière compétition offline de cette saison tellement particulière. GrandPremium 2021 a réuni plus de 300 athlètes représentants une vingtaine des pays, c’est pourquoi les passages sont répartis sur plusieurs jours. Les rythmogirls nées en 2010 et après ont présentées leurs programmes hier, mais le classement est finalisé aujourd’hui.

Le calendrier officiel de la FLGYM prévoit les championnats nationaux en gymnastique rythmique fin juin. Nos gymnastes se préparent activement pour cet événement très important concluant la saison sportive et pour se préparer au mieux, nos gymnastes saisissent toutes les opportunités de se mettre en conditions compétitives. Ce week-end nos filles ont participé au tournoi international Greater Region & BeNeLux Cup organisé par Rythmica Lux en virtuel. Plus de 100 participants des pays voisins ont démontré leur maîtrise. 2nd International “Friendship Cup” online par RG Baden @rg_baden
Ce week-end était très chargé pour notre club. Non seulement nos gymnastes participaient au master class animé par Elizaveta Iampolskaia, notre attention était capturée par un tournoi international « Frienship Cup ». Cet événement était ténu online et comptait des nombreux participants dans chaque catégorie. Cela fait apprécier encore plus les résultats très encourageants y obtenus par nos rythmogirls et nous remercions notre équipe, la présidente et juge Aliona Iampolskaia et notre coach Ekaterina Kalinina, pour la préparation et suivi.

Notre équipe de trois gymnastes est revenue de Tartu, Estonie , où la 26me édition du tournoi international en gymnastique rythmique et gymnastique esthétique en groupes Miss Valentine s’est déroulé. Cette année cet événement est encore plus remarquable grâce à l’inclusion dans le calendrier FIG pour la deuxième séquence du Grand Prix. 34 nations se sont réunies pendant 5 jours remplis des impressions et émotions! La chance de non seulement se présenter sur le même terrain avec les tops mondiaux mais de les observer pendant leur échauffement et d’admirer leur présentation de tout près, c’est un rêve qui est devenu la réalité. Bien sûr, avec la responsabilité également .
L’organisation étant impeccable, l’encadrement dans un complexe sportif avec 8 praticables d’échauffement, les volontaires très chaleureux, l’esprit de compétitivité et d’amitié, une vraie fête sportive pour les participants de Miss Valentine 2020.

Zürich Cup
Le week-end dernier nos rythmogirls se sont déplacées en Suisse 🇨🇭 où la première édition du Zürich Cup a eu lieu. Cet événement a réuni des représentants de 18 pays et s’est déroulé pendant deux jours dans l’atmosphère amicale et compétitif.
